  • I can offer short-term counselling (typically two to six sessions) to address specific issues such as family crisis, relationship difficulties, panic attacks, workplace difficulties e.g. bullying or stress.
  • I can work longer term with you to facilitate self exploration if you are experiencing depression, anxiety, a desire to search for more meaning in your life or if you have a sense of not coping with life.
The process of therapy can help you understand what is happening for you, build self-confidence and work towards achieving the life you desire.

If you are interested in the theoretical basis of my work:
  • My training is as an integrative counsellor informed by Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Jungian traditions.
  • I am also trained to work with you using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

We can decide together the most appropriate approach for our work or this can be left to me to decide, based on what you hope to achieve.
